Want an easier life and more time to achieve goals? It might start with harder choices. Learning about the power of habits changed everything for me. I replaced bad habits with good ones and the results were life-changing.
Here’s my daily routine:
✔️ 5 km sunset run
✔️ 1 hour of learning
✔️ Journaling and reflecting on the previous day
✔️ Daily planning and prioritizing
✔️ 3 hours of Deep Focus work
✔️ 1 hour walk
✔️ 2 meditations
✔️ Healthy eating
✔️ Focus on 1 most important goal daily
✔️ 8 hours of sleep
These habits give me energy, focus, and a sense of control over my life.
But where do you find the time?
Replace these time-wasters and see the difference:
❌ No smoking +30 minutes per day
❌ No alcohol: + several hours back in your week
❌ No social media +1 hour daily
❌ No TV/Netflix or video games at minimum + few hours per week
