The broadcast story was a success. For the first time on Ukrainian TV, full ultimate matches were shown, and in such volume. Over three days, 7 games were aired with commentary from a professional host and experts from our sport. Plus, a special segment in the evening highlights of the World Games.
Lera and I stepped out of our comfort zones but gained interesting experience commenting on 3 games. First, it was interesting to see how TV works and how everything is set up. Second, there’s something unique about working as a commentator, then heading to an ultimate practice, and later watching the World Games final live with a lively crowd. Pure joy.
